 1. Articles should be in English, check rate is less than 20%; 

2. Articles must have title, author, unit, mailbox, keywords, abstract, necessary charts, conclusions, references, etc.; 

3. Submission process: registration of VAT ticket (special ticket) electronic paper search; 

4. Do not cast one draft, all manuscripts will be accepted two or three experts for review;
