About ICFSTB 2025/简介

The International Conference on Food Science, Technology and Bioinformatics (ICFSTB 2025) will be held in Changsha, China in 2025. ICFSTB 2025 will bring together experts and scholars from around the world to conduct in-depth discussions on hot topics in the fields of food science, technology, and bioinformatics, resulting in a wealth of academic content worth exploring. The conference aims to exchange the latest trends in technology and academia in relevant fields around the world, connect top, active, and up-to-date academic resources in key areas at home and abroad, promote the transformation of scientific research and academic achievements and the gathering of talents, technology, and capital through experience sharing and wisdom collision, and enhance new development momentum.

Submission Guidelines

提交准则

Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to yhzdb_info@163.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.

Please kindly specify the subject of your submission as ICFSTB 2025 + along with the name of the corresponding author, failing which we regret to inform you that your submission cannot be confirmed.

SCI Journal/SCI期刊出版

Contributors are encouraged to submit papers / abstracts to the conference. The organizing committee will select high-quality papers and recommend them to SCI/SSCI journals. For specific matters, please contact the person in charge of the conferrence.

All full paper submissions to the ICFSTB 2025 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of ICFSTB 2025 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.
